When you sign up, you can rate all of the vegetables we grow on a scale of “not for me” to “I love it”. Your boxes will be built based on your preferences and what we have available in season at the time.
Prior to each delivery, you’ll have the option to swap out items if you’d like. Already have enough lettuce? Just swap it out for something else we have available that week using our online system. It’s that simple!
As a CSA member you'll also have access to our online farm store to purchase additional vegetables each week. You can order small quantities to supplement your weekly share or larger quantities at a discount for canning or preserving.
A weekly share is designed to feed 2-4 people with a mixed diet, or 1-2 vegetarians, by providing all of their vegetable needs for one week. A bi-weekly share is recommended for smaller households.

Add-On Share Options
As a Root 5 Farm CSA member you'll also have the option to add-on some fantastic products from our neighboring farmers. You can enjoy a wide range of delicious, healthy, high quality, local foods. We offer Meat Shares, Fruit Shares, and Sweet Corn Shares. These Add-on Shares make a great addition to one of our vegetable CSA Shares to create complete locally-sourced meals.
